Local Fun: 4th of July Balloon Festival

We love Provo’s Freedom Festival each year! Of course, we enjoy the fireworks and such, but our favorite activity is the Balloon Fest. We get up early one of the mornings, and head down to watch the balloons fill and then launch. It’s a beautiful site and definitely a favorite for the kids! This year, the launch is on Friday, Saturday, and Monday mornings. We try to get there by 6 AM so we can watch the balloons fill up and launch. We have found that if we get there much later, we sometimes miss it! Oh, and by the way, it’s FREE! Can’t beat that! 🙂
