Apple Matching

I love matching games! They are so easy to make, you can apply them to just about any skill or theme, and kids enjoy playing them. I also like that these can be independent and are easy to throw into a center area in a school setting.

Make an apple matching game. Put numbers on one set and corresponding seeds on the other. The kids count the seeds and find the number that matches. You could also provide apples with numbers and have the kids put that many real apple seeds on each apple.
