How fun are these rainbow cupcakes from Family Fun?! And the recipe looks so easy! It’s simply white cake mix with food coloring! Eek! This may just have to be a fun surprise for my children for St. Patrick’s Day!

These were a HUGE hit with my kids and our neighbor friends! SO much fun!
My kids and I just found this recipe yesterday and bought the cake mix. They are sooooo excited to make some rainbow cupcakes!
