Remember Lauren’s adorable advent activity idea? She’s back with another frosty, fun idea!
Pile a few scoopfuls on a cookie sheet.
Build a snowman (we found a spray bottle to be helpful for packing the snow) and decorate it with whatever you’ve got on hand. Buttons, dry beans or seeds, mittens, straws, toothpicks, fruits and veggies (gotta have the carrot nose), hard candy, or whatever your little one can dream up!
Freeze your creation to show Dad when he gets home!
If you are feeling brave, get out the food coloring for some fun. Try making rainbow snow, then stir it up for a tie-dyed look.
The possibilities are endless!
Another great idea! I think this would be a fun activity to do after reading Frosty the Snowman. This one would also be lots of fun in mid-January when the layers of snow seem endless and your kids are getting a little stir-crazy. Thanx again, Lauren!
