This is a simple recipe, but the fun part is the gold chocolate coin that is hidden in the pudding!
There are two ways you can do this. You can have your children help you make it and surprise their dad or a friend. Or, you can make it and surprise your children.
Leprechaun Pie
Ingredients:
1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 foil-wrapped chocolate coin
whipped cream
Procedure:
1. Mix pudding according to package directions.
2. Put into a cup (clear plastic cups are fun).
3. Drop the coin into the pudding–make sure it’s hidden.
4. Top with whipped cream.
